WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience

OR completed 2 years in college with at least 6 months BPO experience

Above-average English communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good comprehension and active listening skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Willing to work on weekends and holidays
