Description
- Manage web hosting accounts and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding web hosting inquiries.
- Assist clients with domain registrations and transfers.
- Monitor server performance and maintain security protocols.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve hosting issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: At least 6 months
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, knowledge of web hosting services, and basic customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
