We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Retail Account team. The successful candidate will assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, or other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account concerns
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions and update account information
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• At least Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum of 1 month BPO experience
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn
• Willing to work onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends/holidays if required
