Customer Service Representative – Premium Telco Account

We’re Hiring! Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a Premium Telco Account.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice interactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and basic account-related requests.
• Document customer interactions and ensure proper handling of concerns.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months BPO experience is preferred.
• Candidates with less than 1 year of BPO experience are welcome to apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
• High school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates are welcome to apply.
