Description
- With Up to 15k SOB
- Manage and oversee customer accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any inquiries or disputes regarding payments.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of account activities.
- Work closely with the finance team to analyze payment trends and optimize collections processes.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the collections process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in scheduling and problem-solving
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call centre operations
