Description
- Assist in managing media and communications for satellite radio accounts.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate scheduling for promotional activities and client meetings.
- Resolve customer issues and queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the team by providing insights on industry trends and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills
