We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Retail International Voice Account. The successful candidate will assist international customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls from international retail customers.
• Assist customers with product, order, account, billing, and service-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable handling voice interactions with international customers
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• BPO/customer service experience is an advantage
