Description
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and reliable team player
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in call center and back office support is a plus
