JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Banking and Finance Account in Fairview, Quezon City.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with account-related concerns, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service through appropriate communication channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries and account-related concerns
• Provide accurate information about banking and financial services
• Assist customers with basic account and transaction concerns
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions and update account information when needed
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO experience required
• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Fairview, Quezon City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
