Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: May require working in shifts, including evenings and weekends
