• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
• Provide timely and professional resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance standards.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
