Qualifications

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate

No call center experience required

Good English communication skills (B2 proficiency preferred)

Willing to work onsite in Rockwell, Pasig City

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for a financial services account through voice support.
• Assist customers with account-related concerns while providing accurate and timely resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
