- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to improve store operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and attentive to customer needs
