Bisaya-Speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Provide exceptional customer support to Cebuano/Bisaya-speaking customers through voice, chat, or email. Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills in both Bisaya/Cebuano and English are required, along with a customer-first mindset and willingness to work onsite in Quezon City.
