Provides support for Behavioral Health and Mental Health Insurance members. CSR assist member with mental health counseling access, insurance converage for therapy and psychiatric services, treatment authorization, and mental health benefits.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously.

Assist customers with inquiries related to behavioral health services, benefits, appointments, claims, and account information.

Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, researching solutions, and following established procedures.

Job Requirements

College graduate with or without work experience

OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months of work experience

Above-average English communication skills

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good comprehension skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
