Job Requirements

The Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Therapy Services Specialist is responsible for coordinating, managing, and supporting the delivery of specialty medications and infusion therapies to patients with complex or chronic medical conditions. This role collaborates with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, insurance providers, and patients to ensure timely medication access, therapy adherence, and high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

•College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience (Voice/Non voice/local/international will do)

• Completed 2 years in college with at least 6 months BPO experience (Voice/Non voice/local/international will do)

•Above Average English communication skills

•Good interpersonal skills

•Analytical and problem solving skills

•Good comprehension skills

•Basic knowledge with MS Office

•Willing to work on weekends and holidays
