Provides customer support for retail and online sales of athletic apparel by assisting with product inquiries, order processing, returns and exchanges, shipping updates, and account-related concerns. Delivers accurate product information, resolves customer issues efficiently, coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, and provides a seamless customer experience across retail and e-commerce channels while maintaining high standards of service.

Job Requirements & Responsibility:

Must have at least 6 months BPO experience

Sales background

Interest or knowledge in sports is preferred

Good communication skills

Full-time permanent position (CSR)

Strictly no working students

Good with shifting schedule
