JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Support Representative will manage customer support cases that require investigation, follow-up, and coordinated resolution. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and assess customer support requests across assigned channels.

• Investigate service issues using available records, tools, and troubleshooting guides.

• Coordinate follow-up actions with operations, technical, billing, or product teams.

• Keep customers informed of case progress and expected resolution.

• Close cases only after documenting the solution and confirming required actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate.

• 1–2 years of customer support or related experience preferred; entry-level applicants may be considered.

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Good problem-solving, follow-up, and case ownership skills.

• Comfortable reviewing account details and using support or ticketing systems.

• Customer support or service experience is preferred.
