Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist in account management and support with back-office tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service skills, Strong Work Ethic
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving abilities, Financial Literacy
- Responsibilities and Duties: Scheduling and organizing customer appointments and follow-ups
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with varying levels of customer interactions
- Skills and Competencies: Organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information
