A BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) handles customer support, back-office processing, claims, and security for banks, fintech firms, and insurance companies. These roles require strict data compliance, high accuracy, and secure authentication

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial, and insurance products and services.

Provide accurate information regarding accounts, transactions, policies, and company services.

Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Document customer interactions and update account records accurately.

Follow company policies, security standards, and compliance procedures.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Participate in paid training and continuous learning programs.

Job Requirements

• No call center experience required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2 proficiency).
• Willing to work onsite in Rockwell, Pasig City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
