We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Healthcare Support team. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare and BPO chat support and must be willing to work onsite. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through chat and other support channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and healthcare-related concerns professionally.
• Demonstrate strong or basic communication skills during customer interactions.
• Resolve customer issues using effective problem-solving skills.
• Assist customers with scheduling-related requests and account concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Follow company policies and healthcare support procedures.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Healthcare experience.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience with Chat support experience.
• Amenable to work onsite.
• Good to above-average communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedules if needed.
