Description
- Provide high-quality customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and managing their accounts.
- Document interactions and maintain records in the customer service system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 6 months to 1 years experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, customer service skills, and basic problem-solving capabilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work
