We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Travel and Hospitality Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, provide excellent support, and help create a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, reservations, and services.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers through phone, chat, or other support channels.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with account-related requests and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Profile 1: Entry-Level Applicants

• No call center experience required.
• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to be trained and develop a career in the BPO industry.

Profile 2: Experienced Applicants

• At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience.
• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Language Requirement:

• CEFR Level B2 (English proficiency required).

Compensation:

• Competitive salary package depending on BPO experience.
• Earn up to ₱25,000.
