Location: Pasay City
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary Package: Up to ₱26,000
Qualifications:
No Call Center Experience Required
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phon in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve performance goals.
Adapt to shifting schedules and participate in training and coaching sessions as required.
