Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products and mortgage options.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the collections team for B2B transactions and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and highly organized
