Qualifications

• With or without call center/BPO experience
• Excellent English communication skills – required
• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work 100% onsite
• Amenable to a shifting schedule
• Must be willing to undergo onsite processing

Premium Telco – Voice/Billing

As a Premium Telco Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with billing and account-related concerns. You will provide accurate information, address customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding billing and account concerns.
• Assist customers with payments, charges, billing statements, and account inquiries.
• Explain billing details and telecommunications services clearly.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Follow account policies, security procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and performance.
