Role Description

Join our Premium Telco Program as a Customer Service Representative handling a Voice – Billing account. Provide excellent customer support by addressing billing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and telco services.
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally.
• Provide clear information and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain quality customer interactions and follow company procedures.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome!
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
• HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate, and College Graduate are welcome to apply.
• With or without call center experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Willing to undergo onsite processing.
• Candidates must be profiled and hired for the Premium Telco Program only.
