Salary: Php26,000 – Php30,000

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Open for Fresh Graduate and Undergraduates
- At least 1 – 2 years of work experience in Billing or Collection role
- Experience working in BPO industry
- Amenable to work at shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
- Assisting customers with securing and establishing payment plans
- Develop and maintain detailed records of all customers account activity
- Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams
- Developing and Maintaining high customer satisfactions
