Job Description

We are looking for a Telecommunications Account Specialist to join our premium telecommunications account. In this role, you will assist customers with their telecommunications needs, provide excellent customer service, and resolve account or service-related concerns through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products, services, billing, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot basic service-related concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote and recommend relevant products, upgrades, and services when applicable.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet established performance and customer service targets.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate.
• Undergraduate High School applicants are not accepted.
• No college degree required.
• Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but may not be required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling customer interactions through voice calls.
• Willing to work onsite at ATC.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
