Job Requirements:

• Senior High School Graduate (K–12) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work onsite at Alabang Town Center (ATC), Muntinlupa City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, service requests, and basic technical concerns.
• Resolve customer issues while providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
