Responsibilities

The Comprehensive Health Services and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for coordinating healthcare services and employee or member benefits to ensure timely access to quality care and efficient utilization of health resources. This role serves as a liaison among patients, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, employers, and internal departments to facilitate healthcare delivery, benefits administration, and care coordination while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

•College Graduate with or without experience

•Completed 2 years in College with 6months customer service related experience/work experience

•Above Average English communication skills

•Good interpersonal skills

•Analytical and problem solving skills

•Good comprehension skills

•Basic knowledge with MS Office

•Willing to work on weekends and holidays
