Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Northgate, Alabang

Job Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in Northgate, Alabang.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate (New Curriculum)
• No BPO experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
• Can communicate in basic to conversational English
• Able to engage in conversations with customers confidently and professionally
• Willing to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing accurate information
• Resolve customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions
• Maintain a positive and courteous attitude during customer interactions
• Document customer concerns and update records accurately
• Follow company policies and quality standards in every interaction
• Work with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent customer service
