Customer Service Representative With/Without Experience Required!

The Verification Agent – Outbound is responsible for making outbound calls to healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to verify patient insurance information and assist with claims and authorization-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify health insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility.
• Verify and update patient insurance information accurately.
• Conduct benefits and eligibility verification with insurance providers.
• Follow up on claims, including claim status and related concerns.
• Follow up on prior authorization requests and verify their status.
• Conduct provider data verification and update relevant information.
• Document call outcomes, verification details, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and attendance standards.

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With or without BPO, CSR, or healthcare-related experience.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Willing to learn healthcare insurance verification processes.
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Willing to work on-site and follow the required schedule.
