About the Role:
Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to fill our vacant Customer Service Call Center Agent roles. If you are ready to be part of a dynamic team, we invite you to apply and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Follow processes and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literate and comfortable with using different software.
- Willingness to undergo training.
- Highly dedicated and dependable.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least a high school graduate from the old curriculum or a Senior High graduate.
