- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call centre operations
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and willingness to learn
