Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer support through phone, email, or chat. The role involves addressing customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting company standards and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate product, service, and account information
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer concerns

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO or related customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, if required
• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or equivalent preferred
