Position Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Telco Account team. As a CSR, you will assist customers with their telecommunications needs, provide solutions to their concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for Fresh Graduates, Senior High School Graduates, and applicants with or without BPO experience who are looking to build a career in the customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or other customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, and service requests.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for internet, mobile, phone, and other telecom-related services.
• Help customers with service activation, upgrades, plan changes, and account updates.
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions based on company policies.
• Explain products, services, plans, promotions, and billing information clearly.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Escalate complex technical or account concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Meet established performance goals for quality, attendance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate, 2-year or 4-year college graduate, or equivalent.
• With or without BPO/customer service experience.
• Good English communication and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Customer-focused, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
