Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Retail Account, you will assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, orders, and account-related needs. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone or other assigned channels
• Assist with product, order, billing, and account-related concerns
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions and concerns
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
