- Customer Support: Handle inbound or outbound calls, chats, or emails to assist customers with account management, billing, or general inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate, first-contact solutions.
- Data Logging: Accurately update customer records and document all interactions in the system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet target performance standards, including quality assurance, attendance, and average handling time (AHT).
