Description

As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product-related questions. Manufacturing or vape industry experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product information and assist with orders and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Experience in customer service or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of vape products is a plus.
