We are looking for a Customer Service & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team. Preferably with experience in customer service, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via messages and phone calls
• Respond to clients through Viber, WhatsApp, and Email
• Provide timely and professional customer support
• Assist in creating TikTok / social media videos (scripts provided)
• Basic data entry and coordination using Google tools

Qualifications

• Preferably with customer service experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Good communication and strong soft skills
• Must know Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs
• Comfortable using messaging apps and online tools
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Work Setup

• Salary: ₱15,000 - 16,000/month
• On-site work (Manila office)
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday
• Full-time position (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
