- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Handling day-to-day customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow escalation protocols for unresolved or high-priority issues.
- Recording all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and comply with privacy policies
