Join our ANZ Domestic Account as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional customer support in a day shift, onsite environment. This role is ideal for individuals with customer service or sales experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist customers with account-related concerns and service requests.
• Promote products or services when appropriate.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain quality standards.
• Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
• At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) or 3 months of sales experience.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Available to work on a day shift schedule.

• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
