We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Telco account. If you have at least 6 months of customer service experience and are passionate about delivering excellent customer support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing exceptional service.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures.
• Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE).
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Willing to work onsite at EDSA Greenfield.
• Open to shifting schedules.
