Customer Service Representative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist customers professionally and provide personalized service.
• Handle customer inquiries, appointments, requests, concerns, and follow-ups.
• Assist with daily store operations, showroom readiness, client visits, and transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure customer requests are properly handled.
• Maintain accurate customer records, schedules, documents, and pending requests.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Store Manager or Management when needed.
• Handle VIP clients and sensitive customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure timely follow-up and completion of customer and administrative tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Store Assistant, Executive Assistant, Front Office, or similar roles.
• Store Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
