Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, customer service proficiency, and problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle calls in a call center environment and manage scheduling effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward helping customers
