1.  The Tele-sales Support Staff is expected to achieve 20 booked account on a monthly basis.
2. Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product.
3. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer’s convenience.
4. The Tele-sales Support Staff will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve targets set by the organization.
5. The representative reports directly to Top Up Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• at least high school graduate
• tele-sales experience is an advantage
• with good communication skills
• preferably with experience in phone-selling
• can start ASAP
