Description
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting tasks.
- Support the finance team with customer inquiries and account-related issues.
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any account-related problems.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance business operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in English Language, strong Customer Service skills, Problem Solving abilities, experience in Call Centre environments, and excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.
- Working Conditions:Office-based environment with standard working hours.
