• At least 3 yrs BPO Sales Experience
• Shifting schedule - predominantly Dayshift
• With 10k Sign-on Bonus

• Manage and execute automotive sales campaigns to increase customer engagement and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting automotive products.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients to discuss automotive services.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service orientation; excellent scheduling abilities; effective problem-solving skills; familiarity with call center operations.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple automotive campaigns simultaneously; solid understanding of sales techniques and customer relations.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work options; may require flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills; highly organized; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
