Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 12 months of Financial Call Center Experience.
• B2 English proficiency or above.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
